Cancellation Policy

GS– Booking Policy All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Follow-Up Appointments Follow-up appointments booked during your visit will not be charged the same day. The required deposit will be charged during the week of the scheduled appointment. If the deposit is not paid when charged, the appointment may be cancelled. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same Day Cancelations/Rescheduling will result is loss deposit. Clients may reschedule once using the same deposit as long as it is at minimum 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling requires a new deposit. No-Call / No-Show No-call, no-show appointments will be automatically charged 50% of the service price and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment with loss of deposit. Client Responsibility Clients must disclose medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to service. Genuine Skn Wax reserves the right to refuse service when necessary. Please read pre/post wax care instructions carefully prior to booking. Showing up unprepared to your appointment will result in loss of deposit or incomplete results.
